RELAUNCH

Due to the ever worsening economy I was laid off from my job of ten years….. While  this should be considered bad news it has invigorated me to take up this orphaned blog again and give it some love.

What you can look forward to in the coming weeks.

Lots of new photos….mostly of Horror pictures because I am submitting droves of images to an upcoming coffee table book that one of my favorite photos may be the cover for!

Trial and Error of new food and recipes since I have re-embraced my love of cooking.

Hopefully some new Illustrations because my photography which, I started to help with my Illustrations in the first place has since replaced my Illustrating all together. I need to try and get back to my roots and yet stay commited to my photography as well.
No easy task I damn well assure you.

Had an awesome shoot with Miss Amanda Bluejay last night. It turned into am impromptu all night movie fest, due to the buses nearby changing their damned schedules on me!

I recently saw some cool black and white photo manips on model mayhem that blew my mind.  I wondered how they were done, so I tried some techniques….. none really looked like what I saw, but I do like what I came up with. here you go.

I was supposed to shoot a Model/Photographer today in Central Park. I normally shoot in my studio but she sort of insisted I come to NYC.
I have been wanting to go to Central Park to shoot for ages so I obliged.  She had to do a shoot of her own before our shoot… and she kept teying to tell me that Central Park where i was is a 10 minute walk from NYU on 14th…..Hello….106th st to 14th st 10 minutes? doy. I’m like no way!
she says…but it said so on google…..at this point i realized this was no rocket scientist….but then again who is? so anyway….to make a long story short…her models didn’t show. and after an hour late she calls me to say she doesn’t feel like travelling all the way to 106th st because it is too far…. just like i told her in the first place…I’m like….so I came here for nothing?  well….I didn’t. Fuck her. I decided to make the best of it. and here is the result….

p.s. there was more drama with her and what an ass she was being, but i don’t think it necessary to tell the whole story here.

The-Most-Awesome-Omlette

I have been short on groceries this week and decided to experiment a little and by pure chance and happenstance stumbled upon
a most awesome discovery.  I’m not saying nobody has ever made this before, but I  have never heard of it.

I made it twice this week  just to see if it was luck the first time…..it wasn’t so i present this to you.

The-Most-Awesome-Omlette

Tablespoon of butter

3 eggs
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced pepperoni
sliced salami
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt and pepper

whip the eggs in a bowl, heat the butter in the skillet on a high flame.
cook the eggs in the skillet until both sides of your omlette is lightly browned. add cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper.  add cheddar cheese, salami and pepperoni on one half of the omlette. close it over.  then cook on both sides until they are richly brown (well done) it cooks the meat and cheese much better this way.
